Paleo Park is a place to get lured into the sunsets and awed during the digs! We
offer an assortment of tours to try and accommodate guests who are just
stopping in and guests who would like to throw their hat up and stay awhile.

The first tour we offer is a two hour tour. With this you will get an overview of
the whole ranch, see an actual track way, and get to go to a micro site. At the
micro site guests are allowed to hunt their own bone, tooth, scale, etc. We allow
each guest to take one souvenier home with them. What they are allowed to
take is up to the discretion of the Paleo Park management. The cost of this is
$20.00/adult and $10.00/child age 7 - 13 years old. For ages 6 and under it is
free.

The next step that we have is a day/night program. This includes everything
that is above plus prospecting. Excavation techniques along with casting will
also be included. You never know what may lie in the hills! The cost for this is
$100.00/person and age 7 and under is $50.00. This price includes lodging,
tour and meals. Please contact us for further information.

The next step up is a week visit. This for the group that is going to get down
and dirty! The overall usage of the lodge and tour is $2800.00/ week or
$400.00/day. There is a minimum 4 day stay with this. We can sleep
approximately 20 people. With this visit we do everything that is listed above
and also a dig. We never know what we may have to dig. Digging techniques are
taught as well as casting and preparing. The meals are not included in this
price. The prices for the meals are $6.00/breakfast - $7.00/lunch -
$10.00/supper. All meals are cooked in a certified kitchen and served buffet
style. Come with a hearty appetite, cause this is all 'ranch' cuisine!

The lodge where we house everyone is a 40x60 steel building that we have
turned into a warm inviting home. The bedroom area is all bunk style sleeping.
We do have a material partition that can cut the room in half for any privacy
issues that you may have. Please inquire about that before booking. The living
area and eating area are all combined. A pool table, small library, and fossil
video collection are the focus of entertainment in the living area. There are two
full bathrooms in the lodge. Both have HOT showers. We provide all the bedding
and towels. Basically all you need for a stay are your personal items and
yourself! We do not allow cooking in the kitchen or camping. Along with all the
hunting of bones we have an awesome view of the stars we love to share with
everyone. We are 60 miles from the nearest town, so we have absolute
darkness! The sunsets are something you will never forget. They are awe
inspiring. Our family home steaded this ranch in the late 1800's. We have many
stories to tell to keep you all intrigued no matter what the age. We hope that
you can find time to stop by and visit us. We are always ready for a little
company and always ready to show someone a 'real' dinosaur bone! But be sure
to call ahead to make sure we will have someone available for a tour for you.
Although drive ins are warmly welcomed, reservations are the only way to make
certain that you can get a chance of a lifetime!
"I had a great
time, I loved
the food, the
experience and
the company!
I hope to come
back again!"
